Mardigan's Maile strives to keep the ancient art of chainmaile, an art form that is over 2,000 years old, alive. Associated mostly with the Celts and the Knights of the Medieval period, chainmaile was worn as armor and jewelry. Although most of our patterns originate from this time period, we have created our own designs and use only the highest quality modern materials to bring this ancient art to our customers.
We strive to bring our customers a handcrafted, affordable, quality, wearable work of art that will last for generations to come. We do this by using only the finest quality materials available to us. By using a high quality Stainless Steel, and a variety of semi-precious or Czech glass beads, we can give our customers a high quality and unique item that will become a family heirloom. |
